You need to believe you are worth the effort

Making a lifestyle change can be hard. But change is often a good thing. And maybe it’s just what you need. You need to believe that you are worth the effort.

The Banting Buddies way

At Banting Buddies, we don’t believe in cold turkey, or the hard way. We believe to fully integrate into new eating habits, they need to become new habits all on their own. Rather than by force. This makes healthy eating sustainable, and more enjoyable for you.

The idea of cutting out all carbs, or eating a lot more green vegetables than you did before is too daunting to take on all at once. We encourage baby steps. Small goals and small successes will bring about happiness along the journey, rather than one mighty and seemingly out of reach destination that you need to slog for.

Course designed for what you need

Our courses are not a takeaway, but are designed to be tailored for you – your current lifestyle, your budget, your body. They take into account how much time you have, and what milestones are achievable for you. We offer online as well as face to face to allow adequate support throughout your course and beyond it.

Worth the effort

Perhaps most importantly though, our courses are designed to make you the champion of your own Banting journey. We want to empower you with the knowledge you need to feel confident in your decisions about your nutrition. You are taking on this lifestyle change for you, and perhaps for the good of your family too. We want to put you at the centre. Because we believe you are worth the effort. Now – do you?
