Banting Buddies therefore offers weight loss coaching programmes that empower you with the knowledge and skills to make wise food choices. Your coach will motivate, advise and encourage, while holding you accountable to your goals.

Banting doesn’t involve expensive pills, shakes or injections.  No weighing food or counting points. The time has come for everyone to enjoy real food, feel satisfied after a meal and get their health and waistlines back.  All that we require of you is a mind willing to learn, a belief that change is possible and a promise to yourself that you are worth the effort.

Our coaches can offer you the following programmes and services:

  • 21-day Re-boot  – one-on-one email support programme
  • 8-week Get Banting – group online support programme
  • 3-week coaching programme (one-on-one or small groups)
  • 6-week coaching programme (one-on-one or small groups)
  • Consulting sessions for individuals, retailers and restaurants
  • Blood test analysis and report
  • Food diary analysis and report
  • Support group meetings
  • Presentations and talks to schools, corporates, etc

Our online and email options also make it possible to get assistance, should there not be a coach within driving distance to where you are located.
