At Banting Buddies, our goal is to help people improve their health and lose weight through good nutrition.  

All around the world, obesity rates are rising at a phenomenal rate. Type 2 diabetes and heart disease are killing more and more people each year. Adults, and even children, are not living their best lives possible because they are encumbered by extra weight and poor health. We want to make a difference and we plan to do it one person at a time, through a process of coaching, education and support.

We can help you lose weight and get healthy

Our knowledgable Banting Buddies coaches have all completed a comprehensive training programme developed by Banting Buddies and  Sally-Ann Creed, a qualified Nutritional Therapist, co-author of the Real Meal Revolution cook book , author of The Low Carb Creed and an expert in the Banting (Low carb/High fat) approach to eating. Many of our coaches are also qualified nutritionists, counsellors and many have their own success stories to inspire you with.

Our Banting Buddies coaches will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully lose weight. They will also be your biggest cheerleader – providing motivation, encouragement and accountability each step of the way. They are also trained to personalise the diet to suit your specific needs and goals. If dieting has left you feeling deprived, hungry and tired, then we highly recommend that you give Banting (low carb/high fat)  a bash.

We are confident you won’t be disappointed. Banting is a delicious way of eating that satisfies and nourishes your body and helps you shed unwanted kilograms.  It is a lifestyle and not a quick-fix diet. I started my Banting journey on the 01 July, I was very confused about this “high fat” diet I had heard so much about, but being desperate to lose weight I thought this would be the best way of learning about it. My Banting Buddy, Merle, was so helpful! She gave me so many meal ideas and made me understand the technical side of Banting, which now makes so much sense! Surprisingly I even went from a hater of cooking to a Masterchef!!! I now love my kitchen as I love the food I’m eating!
